George and Matt tackled the CrossFit hero WOD. George finished in 8:46; Matt in 14:30. George’s strategy involved stopping 1 rep shy of completing the sets of deadlifts and hang power cleans unbroken. Matt went completely unbroken on the first round but said he would pace himself better if he were to do it again.
