This is a really taxing Hero WOD with some pretty heavy weight plus gymnastics and running that keeps your heart rate high. In a class of 15+ only one athlete did Rx. Everyone else scaled in some way and nobody finished under the class’ 25 minute time cap. But three athletes did continue until they finished – Cleo (25:38 Rx), Jackie (29:xx) and Jeremy (36:xx).
