LIVE: “MADDIE” Memorial WOD at United Barbell

“MADDIE” Memorial WOD:

This is our first video since we wrapped up the 2017 CrossFit Open, and the very first WOD video we (Lisa and Jeremy) have ever been in together. Lisa has been in a bunch of WODwell videos, and I’ve been in a few – but at least one of us has always been behind the camera. Today we’re going to place the camera on the floor so we can get a workout in together. This is how we do date night!

We (actually Lisa) had a baby five weeks ago, week 3 of the CrossFit Open. She trained throughout her pregnancy, and has been steadily getting back into workouts since giving birth, but she’s not doing anything too heavy yet. She picked this memorial workout for us:

AMRAP in 16 minutes
4 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)
11 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
20 Double-Unders

– Lisa got 7 rounds plus 13 reps (7+13)
– Jeremy got 7+3
