Carrot Cake Protein Balls

A no bake, gluten free, dairy free, paleo approved delicious dessert – or snack! It’s really hard not to eat the whole batch in one sitting. Absolutely delicious. Super sweet even though there’s no added sugar! Really kicks any sugar craving you may have.

These ingredients will make 15 balls:
3/4 cup almonds (120g)
6 pitted dates
1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (30g)
1/2 cup grated carrots (60g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch sea salt
2 tbls melted coconut oil
cocoa powder (optional)
