A few tips:
– Pick a row pace you can hold for the whole workout and stick with it. If you know your 2K row pace, that’s a good target.
– Be smart about the wall balls…pick set sizes you can keep each round AND avoid no-reps.
– Try for fast transitions each round. Get right off the rower and pick up the ball. Drop the last wall ball and get right on the rower. Don’t linger!
This workout definitely favors taller/bigger athletes, but don’t worry about what you can’t control – do the best you can no matter your size.
