How to make Aquafaba Meringue

Watch how to make Aquafaba Meringue! You’ll never guess what aquafaba is! And it whips up exactly the same way as egg whites! Great for vegans who needs to substitute eggs in recipes. Or, great for non-vegans who suck a separating egg yolk from whites 🙂

You’ll need:
1 cup aquafaba liquid (the juice from a big can of chickpeas)
1/4 cup + 1 tbls of honey
2 tbls of fresh lemon juice

Feel free to use sugar instead of the honey. Maybe 3/4 of a cup. I used the honey to be healthier.
