$5 will make a heaping serving for 4 people of this delicious and simple chickpea salad! If you want to add some more protein, throw in some chicken or tuna fish! It can even be a topping for grilled chicken, perfect for a barbecue or picnic!
If you’re not a fan of capers, leave them out. If you love red onions, add more! It will take you less than $5 and less than 5 minutes to make! Totally customizable. YUM!
